First day of Alex schooling from home and he did a fantastic job. Started and finished early, really focused on getting his school work done. No wonder the teachers like him so much. Not so cooperative when it comes to our requests! 

B resisted the request to return to the office and is now working odd hours at home and taking a little extra leave. 

I spent half an hour exercising and practising karate. The six set and a couple of kata. Alex and I also took the dog for a pleasant walk around the block late in the day. 

Still have a slight headache and feel tired. Trying to switch off tonight with music and a book.
